I was a victim of the arctic air this past weekend (February 2023), and had a burst pipe. Chris responded within 30 minutes of my request, gave me a choice of same day but later at night or the next morning. He was prompt once he was able to get up to me, was quick (done in an hour!) even in an awkward spot, and was worth every Penny for a Sunday emergency visit. Highly recommend!

Chris was able to come out the same day to evaluate and estimate the work. Then came out the next morning and completed the work. Worked quickly removing a large section of rusted through iron waste line, replaced it with new iron per code, explaining what needed to be done and did a thorough check of the rest of the line. Very happy with the results and recommend Chris highly.
