My dryer vent exhaust was located on the roof, which I was not aware of. When the technician arrived, he thoroughly inspected the system and informed us. Since cleaning the vent requires specialized equipment to safely access the roof and perform the cleaning, he was unable to complete the work himself. The technician explained that attempting the cleaning from the attic or by using stairs would be unsafe and could pose a significant risk. He clearly communicated the situation to us and, despite spending time investigating the issue, he did not charge us any fee for the visit. The total charge was $0. Good Guy, Good Company, Definetly give business to this guys...
