Jendall stopped by for inspection and suggested few things to maintain but gave a honest opinion that a professional vent cleaning is not required at the moment. I’ll reach out in future if a duct/Vent cleaning is required. Definitely suggest him.

The technician who came for evaluation was very professional and courteous. He provided all the details on what he was evaluating and what was his conclusion and decision markers he used. He also patiently explained I detail on how the cleaning process works and what factors we should consider in making decision to go forth. Based on his evaluation we identified that a particular filter was not changed for a while and beyond that all the ducts showed no sign of any dust collection and we should be good by simply changing the filter. Very happy with the process. We decided to hold on to the cleaning for couple of more years. But whenever we need it, EVERCLEAN will be our choice.
