My dryer vent exhaust was located on the roof, which I was not aware of. When the technician arrived, he thoroughly inspected the system and informed us. Since cleaning the vent requires specialized equipment to safely access the roof and perform the cleaning, he was unable to complete the work himself.
The technician explained that attempting the cleaning from the attic or by using stairs would be unsafe and could pose a significant risk. He clearly communicated the situation to us and, despite spending time investigating the issue, he did not charge us any fee for the visit. The total charge was $0. Good Guy, Good Company, Definetly give business to this guys...

Exceptional service and rare honesty! Marcus came out on time to look at a clogged dryer vent. Rather than charging me $190 for a quick 10-minute fix, he noticed I was already trying to clear it myself and walked me through how to finish the job. He spent 30 minutes giving me expert advice, shared some vent tape, and didn't charge me a dime. His professionalism and integrity are unmatched in this era.
