- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every job is different, as well as people's budget, I always try to come to a price that are agreeable to both myself as well as the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the specifics of a job, ask about procedures and program, preferred repertoire or special wishes. This way I make sure everyone is in agreement of the expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Conservatory of Music, bachelors and masters, DMA, years of experience, masterclasses etc
