Introduction: Hello my name is Octavia and I am a new event planner working from home. I have been planning family and friends events for years but I never had to confidence to do it for the public. Now that I am a current business student I would like to start a career in something i'm passionate about. My promise to my clients is to always provide quality service. Tavia created a stunning balloon garland for a surprise 40th birthday party. She worked with me to fulfill my vision, based solely off of a stock photo. She answered each of my questions promptly. On the day of our event, she was punctual and professional. Although I was not directly on site, she worked with the venue coordinator and a family member, who both reported her to be amazing to work with. Tavia handled a spacing issue brilliantly, redesigning what she had in mind to fit the space provided. The final outcome was beautiful! I will, without a doubt, book Tavia again for future needs.
