Fun Fact: I’ve ran 3 marathons for nonprofits, physical/fitness competitions, and I also donated my kidney to my father back in 2013.

My personal training focuses on balance, stability, and symmetry. I teach and train you “functionally,” which will take you much further in your training than basic weight machines and repetitions. As a result, you will benefit from being more energized and in tune with your body.
Due to the corona virus outbreak, I am also offering remote personal training (upon request) and consultation to better help with your health and fitness goals while be home.
