Introduction: I am a certified personal trainer, life coach, kickboxer, weightlifting coach, and nutritionist based in Boston, MA. For over 10+ year, I’ve been training busy professionals, executives , and business owners. Fun Fact: I’ve ran marathons for nonprofits and I also donated my kidney to my father back in 2013. I offer one on one premium training as well as other lifestyle services. I also have another trainer who I work with by the name of Kathy for those who want a female trainer She is amazing and will get you results too! My personal training focuses on balance, stability, and symmetry. I teach and train you “functionally,” which will take you much further in your training than basic weight machines and repetitions. As a result, you will benefit from being more energized and in tune with your body. Due to the corona virus outbreak, I am also offering remote personal training (upon request) and consultation to better help with your health and fitness goals while be home.

You know the moment right before you give up? Your entire body hurts, your muscles are tense and everything in you is telling you to stop. Every time I have reached that level, I have given up and, as a result, I wasn’t able to break through my next potential. That’s where Jeremy Colon comes in. All the times I am unable to push myself, he pushes me to hold for a few more seconds that overtime turn into minutes and eventually translate into my stamina increasing. As much as it is an amazing thing to put all those expectations on to someone and for them to meet them all, it is also rare. I have been to many gyms throughout my adult life, from crossfit to dance, but none of them gave me room to be consistent. After a while, I would plateau and get discouraged. The difference with Jeremy is that he makes it impossible to get discouraged because he is always a phone call or text away. He has addressed and taken care of every aspect of my health, from the workouts we do during our sessions to my meal plan. He has gone as far as to give me a detailed plan of the workouts I should do when I am on my own. All that, after checking in with me and making sure I am comfortable each step of the way. As long as you are committed and honest with yourself, it is impossible to fail Jeremy’s plan. I have seen my body go from not having enough strength to being able to stay in a plank for a minute straight. Beyond the aesthetics, I have gained education which will stay with me for the rest of my life. That is priceless. On a personal level, Jeremy is fun and positive. He believes in me during moments that I might not fully believe in myself. He encourages me to keep going without making me feel bad about myself. He wants me to be in the best shape I can be, but he believes that I have to want it more for myself and he is so right. Discipline comes from within and I am learning that daily. Booking a session with Jeremy is the best thing you can do to start your health journey. As hard as you work, as much of yourself as you put into everything and everyone around you, see these sessions as a reward because they truly are. Do it for yourself.
