- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re upfront and transparent about every rate. • Home Organizing: $80/hr — consultation credited toward booking. • Pet Boarding: 10% off your first stay of 5 nights or more. • Pooper Scooping: 50% off first cleaning within 5 miles. • Bundle Deals: Combine home + pet services and save up to 15%. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 10 miles, and holiday bookings carry a small premium.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client begins with a paid consultation or meet & greet — this ensures we fully understand your goals, space, and expectations before service begins. 🐾 For pet services: We conduct a safety and temperament evaluation, review health and behavior notes, and discuss routines, medication needs, and environment. 🏡 For home organization or lifestyle projects: We do an in-home or virtual walkthrough to assess the space, identify problem areas, and create a customized plan. Consults are $40–$65 depending on service type and location. If you move forward with a booking, that fee is credited toward your project or stay.

Together, we have over 15 years of hands-on experience working with animals of all types — from dogs, cats, and horses to exotic pets. • Certified in Dog & Cat CPR / First Aid • Experienced Animal Care Technician with veterinary and behavioral training • Fully insured and background-checked • Trained in professional organizing, pet hygiene systems, and home management Every service we offer is backed by expertise, safety, and care.
