While I ended up choosing a different company for my floor and ceiling repairs, Fernando was timely in responding to my request for an estimate, and was friendly and thorough in his explanation of what he would do and how much it would cost. While I can’t rate the quality of his work, his promptness and professionalism were noteworthy. Not every firm I reached out to bothered to respond, and one even gave me an estimate without ever coming to see it in-person!
