Our pricing is transparent and upfront. The total cost includes the service fee, and any applicable taxes. Prices may vary depending on the size of the home, type of service, and special requests. Occasionally, we offer discounts for first-time customers or bundled services (e.g., multiple rooms or combined services like window + floor cleaning). There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The customer requests a service through our website, phone line, or booking platform. 2. We match the customer with a pre-screened, qualified cleaner based on location, availability, and service type. 3.The cleaner completes the job using their own supplies and transportation. 4. The customer pays for the service, and we manage all backend logistics. 5. After the job is complete, we pay the contractor, minus our service fee or commission. We handle scheduling, quality oversight, and customer support so the customer can enjoy a seamless experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team specializes in business operations, logistics, and quality control for residential and commercial cleaning services. While we do not perform cleaning ourselves, all contractors in our network are pre-screened, verified, and trained in their specific service areas to ensure consistent, professional results.
