A very nice and personable trainer. As a trainer he is exactly what a all rounded, professional and caring trainer would be. I have a very schedule job that drains me, but when you think you have no energy left, u will be surprised how Parrish manages to make the work out so much fun and intense. I am so glad that I got a chance to start working with him. Certainly highly recommended.

Parrish is truly a fitness professional. He is personable and super positive. He is highly competent in exercise and health science and will work with any fitness level. I am definitely a beginner and have only worked with female personal trainers in the past. However, Parrish was able to motivate me to do more than I’ve done in the past while also giving positive feedback whenever I need it. Lastly, I have a hectic and busy schedule and he has been extreme flexible with his hours. His personalized training program is helping me reach my fitness goals without compromising balance in my life. Right now, I feel like I can continue this program even after I reach my goals because everything (from nutrition to workouts) is sustainable.
