Had an appt. Scheduled for following day, company said a tech. Would reach out… nothing. I reached out, nothing for a few hours. First it was a blown tire and car problems with tech. Company then said they could come at 430. I asked if they were still coming at 430, nothing for a while then finally, company said they needed to reschedule due to severe heat (truck could have been pulled into an AC garage…). Company then said they could come next morning. Dude showed up, kind of raggedy clothes and sandals in a beater car… he was nice and polite which is the only reason I’m not leaving 1 star… was there for an hour and a half. Left armorall on my driveway, trash was left on the ground (truck parked next to dumpster) and cup holders were not cleaned out thoroughly. Here I am picking up trash and cleaning out cup holders myself…. UPDATE (7/29/25) Milgro offered a discounted rate as an aplogy on recent visit and did my wife's Grand Cherokee. Did an amazing job and was prompt and professional!

SO... Paid for full detail but it happens to be basic exterior wash and vacuum and wipe down. Cracks were not clean and stains were still present on chairs etc. the amount paid was not worth the basic clean. Discuss your need in detail beforehand.

To start they did a decent job on the interior but the exterior is a mess. They left wax everywhere and I had to spend an hour trying to get it all off with no success. I have been through the car wash twice hoping it will remove it and didn’t. It was hot the day this was done so the white wax dried in the heat and is now in streaks all over the black paint, looks awful!
