- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, competitive, and based on the volume, labor, and type of job. I always provide free estimates before starting any work. There are no hidden fees—what we agree on is what you pay. I also offer discounts for repeat customers, seniors, and military families.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer’s needs—either through a quick phone call or by having them send photos. Then I give a free estimate. Once the price is agreed on, I schedule the job at their convenience and show up on time, ready to work efficie
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience and training in junk removal, recycling, heavy lifting, and safety procedures. I’ve also completed courses in customer service and small business operations to make sure every client gets a great experience.
