Ray was great, a hard worker with great focus, and very friendly too. Our windows haven’t looked this good in years, and he gave us a great price. We have a passive solar home so there’s a lot of glass, plus skylights and solar panels on the roof — and it’s all looking fantastic now!

The initial price quoted was not the price I paid. Prior to them coming, I asked if they wanted to come by the house to take a look at the job. I was told that wasn't necessary as the price quoted was for the number of windows. Upon arrival, the price nearly doubled due to some of the windows being storm. This is why I wanted them to look at the job before quoting me a price. That wasn't the way I expected the job to start! I ended up paying almost $500 more than the original quote. While their work was good, I don't believe I will use them in the future.

stated before I give you price for standard single and double hung windows as you said you had no need to come put and take a look. You end up having storm windows which is double the work and cost. For your troubles I give you 20% off the total. Now you have clean windows and a nice view 🙃
