Having worked with some deeply impressive people in my professional career, it's actually pretty difficult to exceed my expectaitons. But Ryan did it. He was responsive, creative, knew what he was doing both managing the project and creatively with pretty minimal direction from me, was able to roll with the punches when things inevitably changed, made edits in record time, and maintained utmost professionalism throughout. We had an incredibly short timeline between project inception to the actual shoot, and the shoot location was over an hour away from him. I was not personally there (I sent a representative), and had not seen the space we were going to work in. But he set up, prepped everyone, did the shoot, no muss, no fuss. It was a wonderful experience, and I cannot recommend Silverline enough. You will not be disappointed.

Silverline productions attended a two day off-site kickoff for my company and recorded over 12 hours worth of presentations. They communicated clearly before the event, were on time and stayed late for both days of the event and captured everything that we requested. Once the event concluded we touched base about the deliverables and within a week we had two days of edited down content for our internal teams to view. Great to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices start no lower than $850 and has gone up as far as 10k. It really depends on the project, the hours spent filming, editing, and equipment needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we like to do is set up a time to speak to a new customer to learn more about their project and to make suggestions as needed. We want the customer to trust us and our work which is why we never ask for a deposit or any sort of payment until the job is done and they are happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always stay on top of the latest software and production equipment
