I needed carpet cleaning for my bedroom and an area rug in my apartment living room. LS was very responsive with estimates and also very thorough about what the process would be/what the professionals would look for and do. He ended up finding during assessment pet stains that I hadn't ever noticed before and was able to treat them noting any changes to the price estimate during the cleaning. Cleaning itself was quick but I'm happy with the results and would hire again.

I had an area rug cleaned due to an accident from my dog. They showed up 24 hours after i contacted them, helped me move furniture and got the large rug cleaned in record time. They were polite, professional, and even wore shoe covers which i appreciated. Stains and smell gone!
