I needed a concrete slab poured to extend and existing patio. I was skeptical about using a company I had never heard of. I usual stick to local guys in the area however, Brent was responsive and answered all my questions. When I hired him to do the job he showed up when he said he'd be there and left with no mess. It's nice to see the owner of a company take pride in his company and lead his incredible team. Couldn't be happier with the work quality of Magnolia Sitworks Inc. Very professional company! Their work was so good I decided to add more fine tuning to my backyard after they finished this project and plan to have this crew back next spring. Thank you Brent and your crew!

Brent has a great team to make the big job done on time. They turned our damaged-ugly walkway into a beautiful and arty way leading to door step just in 3 days. They also finished the water drain system from the roof to prevent future damage to the walkway. Then, they brought a truck of dirt to cove and re-seeded the damaged lawn. That was exceeded my expectation for the contracted job. Thank so much. Vin.

We hired Magnolia Siteworks to create a new entry walkway to our front door. Brent was responsive and professional. The craftsmanship is exceptional and the walkway looks fantastic. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Almost all pricing is lump sum per project. Details are spelled out in the final estimate once submitted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases I will meet the customer at the job and discuss the job. Then I will provide them with an estimate based on the information that was discussed and/or the engineers drawings and specifications. The estimate process takes an average of a week to complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree in Landscape design, 9 years experience in landscape and masonry construction, 6 years experience in excavation and paving. OSHA 30hr safety training, ICPI and NCMA certification, Massachusetts hoisting license.
