I have been the handy "woman" my entire adult life, and my business has been all the better for it. From rough carpentry to finish carpentry, light plumbing & electrical, organization, repair, assembly, and general house maintenance. I have also done real estate staging, expediting purchase of sale within 3 days of completion. Let me know how i can help you today! $50 less than 1 hour (plus $25 travel fees) $100 less than 2 hours (no travel fees) $50 per hour 2+ hours (no travel fees) WEEKEND RATE: $25 per hour in addition to the above fees All prices are per day (not per project). If the need for additional service call/s are needed, all attempts will be made to complete all projects in as few days as possible. I also have CORI and Protecting Gods Children certification. Please advise prior if copies are needed to be on premises.

Tammy handled my request with a great professionalism after our first communication. She helped me find the parts I would need for the repair and she made her best to accommodate my schedule. Little Ms. FIX IT was absolutely amazing! We needed our treadmill tread replaced as it was completely warped. Not only did Little Ms. FIX IT respond right away, she provided links to get replacement parts, very reasonable pricing and was able to walk us through the best approach to replace. When it came time to show up and fix it, she was on time, such a pleasure and performed quick quality work. We ended up with a better product overall as parts were tuned up and cleaned up even outside of the tread. Even provided suggestions for other potential issues that could occur in the near future. Now the treadmill has been working well and we are very pleased with the work. Highly recommended!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to get as much information ahead of our first appointment to research resolutions. This saves time (and money) completing your project in the long run.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a "fixer" my whole life. I extremely mechanically inclined and don't find complex issues daunting.
