Usually for some jobs I provide an estimated value, as each job has its difficulties after it starts, but all this is agreed with my clients before the start because I work with a signed contractor to provide guarantees to my clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to leave the whole process well explained to my clients, and I let them feel free to ask about the steps of the process whenever they have questions.
