Kai was great to work with. I feel he will only take work he can handle so he does not overbook, his crew is solid and they are hard workers. You get value with this hire. I will use him again next winter.

K&B construction responded promptly to my inquiry about snow plowing. I have a very hard area to plow. Whenever I had a question prior to scheduling a reply was given promptly. The pricing was reasonable. I had contacted 4 other contractors and K&B was not only the most responsive but the most reasonable. This past storm was the first time K&B plowed. The plow arrived as well as 3 other guys who shoveled areas the plow would not get. The job was professional and by the time the crew left the driveway was down to the pavement. I will be using K&B for future plowing needs. In my experience if you are on the fence about hiring a professional and reasonable plow service do not hesitate to contact K&B because you will be glad you did.

KaiKe and his team were superb! They did masonry work in my basement and it looks fantastic now, it is protected from createrrs and made my house stronger. Starting at the consultation appointment, KaiKe pulled out the flash on his phone, climbed on the ladder and looked at every detail of the project. He gave me recommendations and realistic expectations. He was also very responsive in the communications that followed. The day of the project, the team showed up on time and worked very hard to get the job done to my satisfaction. I couldn't help but notice how happy and excited they were working together and genuinely enjoying what they did. They cleaned up perfectly after and left still looking happy. It was refreshing to work with them. They have integrity and good hearts! Thank you, KaiKe and team!!
