JP and the guys were amazing!! JP was very responsive, explained everything, and is so friendly. Great guy! We love our new patio. We needed to replace our other one and wanted the new one extended a few feet out. JP noticed the gutters came out on the patio and over time we become an issue, which it had with the old patio so they took care of that. I liked how JP noticed minor things and was meticulous. The guys worked so hard and got it done in no time. Very hard workers as well as polite, respectful, and friendly. I would recommend Rock Man Masonry to anyone. I had a paver walkway and granite steps put in and it came out awesome and exactly how I imagined it. His craftsmanship is top notch. JP was very communicative, responsive and upfront with everything, which I think is rare in that line of business. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I attached before and after photos.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a 1500 dollar minimum per job. I completely clean the site after the job, leaving the affected areas looking better than when we arrived. Sometimes it takes just as long to clean as it does to complete the job!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to the location. I will bid the job onsite. Finally I will schedule a time to start and finish the job!

I work with everyone, and I am very adaptive to the different clients and jobs I have.
