Introduction

We travel to clients homes with all equipment! Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA). Moving the body with function and purpose, not to leave you drained and hurting. Our pricing is variable, depending on the package you sign up for, from $75 / session for a year long commitment training 3 times per week, up to $115 for a single use session. Custom packages are available too if we cannot meet your needs. I love helping people be the best version of themselves possible. Having the ability to do whatever it is that makes you happy and have no limits on life - that is what brings me the most joy.

Christian changed my perspective of what fitness is and helped me find a routine that could fit into my busy schedule. Before I started working with Christian, my core was very weak and I had difficulty keeping good posture while sitting and standing. While I don't have a six pack yet, my core is significantly stronger and my posture has greatly improved. Christian always challenges me with new exercises and has made exercise fun for me.
