Will was awesome. I bought this 1976-built townhouse that needed quite a bit of work and he delivered for me. I reached out to several contractors and what made me move forward with Will was his responsiveness, constant and open communication, honesty and knowledge. He knew what he was doing and he shared his knowledge and expertise with us in a very humble way. He had solutions for every issue we had and even helped us with electrical, plumbing and deep cleaning work. And each time we had a question or needed an update, he was quick to respond and follow up. We definitely feel that we got our money’s worth with Will and his crew. When considering this company, I highly suggest you keep an open mind and not focus on the negative reviews as they are quite old and outdated and not reflective of the current ownership. I will definitely be using Will again and already have him in mind for future projects such as the kitchen and flooring. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a contractor to get some work done. Thanks Will!

I had a great experience working with Will. I needed a gutter cleaning, shutter replaced, and my roof inspected for a leak, and I was able to get all 3 things done with them. Here's why I gave them 5 stars: - Responsive: Will was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Within an hour I already had an estimate and was able to quickly schedule a time for the work to be done. All done over messaging with no phone calls needed. - Pricing: Considering the amount of effort and 3 hours of time needed to fully clean out our gutters and replace our shutter on a 3 story house with a pitched roof, I thought the pricing was fair and was only $100 more than the estimate that was provided. - Professionalism: Will was great to work with. He frequently checked in with me when he had questions and also reminded me to check-in with our neighbors to make sure it was okay that they were going through the neighbor's yard to access the roof. For the gutters, it was discovered that the previous company we used didn't clean out the spouts so they were in bad shape. They made sure it was done right this time around. For the shutters, we had to swap a few around and they had no trouble getting that done quickly. It was 97 degrees outside today while they were working but there wasn't a single complaint, and they stuck around in the heat to make sure everything was done instead of rushing things.
