I don't know if I can say enough wonderful things about Dennis Murphy. He was probably the most careful, honest, reliable, hardworking and friendly professional I've ever dealt with. My husband and I needed to have our stair railings redone and were having trouble finding someone to do it well for a reasonable price. We thought we would need entirely new railings, but Dennis found a way to salvage our old railings and make them look brand new (which saved us a ton of money.) He would have made more money installing new railings, but he cares so much about his customers he wants to do the best thing for them. He got the job done right away, and even though the job took longer and was more difficult than he originally thought he stuck with the original price he quoted us. What was really impressive was how much he seemed to care about his customers and how committed he was to the quality of his work. It was clear he wanted everything to be *perfect* and he wouldn't leave until it was. He even promised to come back and fix anything if the railing didn't pass inspection (and told us he would even come to the inspection if we wanted him to.) Rarely have I ever seen someone who takes such pride in his work. He is a true craftsmen. So do yourself a huge favor and hire this guy right now---he's just the best!
