I truly wanted to support this new small business. The pro was kind and professional when he arrived and began working on my yard waste and junk removal. He completed about half the job and mentioned needing to run to Home Depot for gloves to handle some thorny debris. I even pointed him to the nearest location, and he said he’d be right back. Unfortunately, he never returned and hasn’t responded to any messages. I had already paid, trusting he would come back to finish what he started. It’s disheartening, especially because I genuinely believed in giving him a chance to grow his business. I’m still holding out a little hope that he’ll do the right thing—but as of now, I can’t recommend this service based on my experience.
