I had an issue with flooding. Shane got back to me quickly and took the time to explain my options. He put a lot of thought into my situation. Ultimately, there wasn't much we could do about the water itself (high water table), but he didn't waste my time or money on expensive fixes and he charged a reasonable price for the small things we could do. For his integrity, thoughtfulness, professionalism and value, I would definitely work with him again!
