What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the project scope and needs of our clients. We have flat fee design packages at various levels of pricing and service, and can also work on an hourly basis if that is a better fit for our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know exactly what you need and how we can best work together is discovered in a phone interview before we come out to your home. During our first home visit we are discussing all the options for the best design solution for your space. Talking about your budget, lifestyle, goals and vision for the project are just some of the things we cover in this comprehensive meeting. At that point we can quote a price for our services, based on your individual needs, and follow up with a detailed contract and client references.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder Denyne Sanville has over 35 years experience in the Design and Remodeling industries. A degree in Interior Design. National Kitchen & Bath Association Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer. A degree in Business Management. A certified Feng Shui Master. Training on Green Design & Accessible Design
