FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial conversation is free. This is a chance for you to tell me a little about yourself and what it is you are looking for in life coaching. It is also a chance for you to learn a little more about me and life coaching in general. After this initial conversation, if we both feel like we would work well together, we can arrange a day and time to begin. I do have an hourly rate and also I have several coaching packages starting at 1 month and going up to 9 months. If you purchase the packages it is cheaper than paying the hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would begin with an initial phone call. This is a chance for you to tell me a little about yourself and what it is you are looking for in life coaching. It is also a chance for you to learn a little more about me and life coaching in general. After this initial conversation, if we both feel like we would work well together, we can arrange a day and time to begin. Our first paid session would be a discovery session. This would be where we go over a life assessment and/or a spiritual assessment and see what areas you wish to work on. This discovery session may take up to an 1-1.5 hours. Each session afterwards would be 45 min. Before each session I will send you a session prep form so we can be sure to use the most of our time together. During our time together we will work through a 5 step process beginning with the assessments to see what you would like to work on and ending with an evaluation to make sure you have achieved what you wanted to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified life coach & certified spiritual coach, through the Life Purpose Institute. I also have a M. Ed in Special Education. I am married and have three boys, two in middle school and one in high school. My husband has been in the military most of our marriage. This means that I have moved to three different states and three different countries. With every new move came the need for us to find a new home, a new peer group, in some cases a new job. It also means I have dealt with my fair share of transitions and I know how difficult they can be. I have also had a lot of experience with parenting strong willed children. We have had many struggles as a family as I am sure you have as well. I never gave up trying to find a solution. I am a life long learner and I especially love learning about my faith, parenting and how to become the best version of myself. With my certifications and real life experience I have the tools and understanding to help you through any transition, develop positive healthy habits, become the parent you know you can be, or grow in your faith and learn to incorporate your faith in your everyday life.
