Kevin did an excellent job helping me with my ceiling fan. My old remote for it broke so I needed to program a new one. He got a hold of the user manual for the specific fan model, then was able to easily replace and rewire the new receiver in the fan and program the new remote. Very responsive, very professional, will use for future help around the house. Highly recommend!
