As a single person house owner its hard to do a complete bathroom gut. Ricky understood that and helped me prioritized different jobs in my house. The first of many, I hope, was the bathroom fixture update. Like any job on an old house, there were things we couldn't predict and Ricky helped me understand my options and cost. The bathroom looks great! Can't wait to start on the other projects!

I had an emergency on Monday night and contacted Crespo construction. Ricky came out with his plumber, assessed the situation, gave me a quote that evening and came back that next morning and began work. The initial problem was fixed immediately and was much worse than expected.
Ricky took photos of the work, damage, issue and resolution along the way, keeping me updated with exactly what the situation was each step of the way. We encountered several unexpected issues and ricky and his crew were able to solve them and stay within the quoted terms of the contract with minimal ease and discomfort to my family during the process.
Ricky did such a good job, he began work on a second project in my home that with the same attention to detail and care as the first.
Ricky is most honest, reliable, fair contractor I have worked with. I would recommend him for any job big or small in the future.

Ricky and his team did really excellent work fixing my boiler after a minor electrical fire in the relay fried multiple parts of the unit (the relay itself and the gas valve). Ricky kept open and fast communication, which I always appreciate, and brought not only an electrician but a plumber to the scene since he guessed we'd need both to really fix the unit. I appreciated the foresight and attention to detail. He even provided space heaters for my apartment on Sunday since the plumbing supply stores were closed and they couldn't get a new valve. Great team.
