- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for service and installation is very upfront, fixed and highly competitive. We also are a Mass Save Partner and we do a lot of work with Mass Save projects. We get many customers up to $10k in rebates. Depending on the situation we can usually take the rebate on our end and pass to customer as an instant rebate / discount. We also work a lot with the Mass Save Heat Loan which is a 0% 84 month loan for heating equipment. We have in house financing also for equipment that doesn't qualify for the Heat Loan. Our service customers who sign up for our annual maintenance plan have the benefit of 2 annual tuneups, a reduced call out fee, priority booking and 10% off any repairs needed for the season they are enrolled in the program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we meet with customer for 30 mins or so to do a load calculation on the home, take a few measurements and get an idea of what problems the customer is trying to solve with their new purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from years of training for hvac and electrical code etc. We do many trainings throughout the year to keep up with new equipment and new tools to make us more efficient.
