Introduction: I hold an undergraduate Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been providing services in the mental health field for eight years. Throughout my career in the field I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of people in different settings. I have worked with children on the Autism Spectrum for five years and implemented applied behavioral therapy (ABA) interventions to help children improve academically and socially. I have provided counseling services to individuals of all ages dealing with abuse and addiction. Therapy interventions and goals are individualized based on your experiences and needs. I also believe in a collaborative approach and will work with all co-laterals (school counselors, nurse practitioners, PCPs, hospitals, psychiatrists) to help provide you with the best treatment possible. I love working with all age groups and ethnicities. It is extremely rewarding to help people live their best lives and make the changes they need to to increase coping skills, decrease conflicts, and become the person they want to be.
