They scheduled a time and told me they were running early. So I left work to make the earlier time, and they did not show up for the quote. I sent a text and did not hear back from them. I would give them a lower rating because of the lack of customer service in the quoting process.

From beginning to end, everyone at USA Epoxy was excellent. John reached out soon after I inquired and came to my home for the assessment and quote. It was consistent with others, and given their track record of superior work, we moved ahead. The team was flexible on dates. Bill was the main installer and was fantastic, answering my question the day of and ensuring things were done on time. As you can see from the pictures, the final product is a dramatic improvement!
