- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t provide estimates over the phone. All pricing is based on an on-site inspection for an accurate written estimate. My estimates are transparent, with no hidden fees, and in some cases, insurance may cover most of the cost, leaving the homeowner responsible only for their deductible. I also offer discounts for seniors and military customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by scheduling an on-site visit since I don’t give estimates over the phone. This allows me to properly inspect the project, understand the customer’s needs, and provide an accurate written estimate. From there, I explain the process, schedule the work, and make sure everything is completed to their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training working alongside experienced contractors, years of practical experience in roofing and construction, and certifications that back my skills. I continuously stay up to date with industry best practices to ensure every project meets high-quality standards.
