I hired Skytop Construction 3 times in a five-month period in 2025. They completed 3 distinct jobs as follows.Job 1:I engaged with Skytop Construction after my roof suffered wind damage. Skytop has expertise in the insurance claim process by meeting all the rigorous requirements required in substantiating the damage and producing all necessary documentation. They interacted directly with the claim's agent and roofing inspector, thereby leaving me little to do in the process. I hired Skytop to replace the roof using Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles. This particular job required replacement of all plywood sheathing. Of particular importance on this job was their expertise in attic ventilation and guidance on soffit and ridge vent choices. I was so impressed with their work that I hired them again - job 2Job 2:Complete replacement of wood trim boards on the entire house using Azek PVC and new gutters with gutter guards and new downspouts. Again, I was so impressed with their work that I hired them again - job 3Job 3:Replacement of wood cedar siding shingles using Certainteed Cedar Impression vinyl sidingWhat impressed me most regarding Skytop Construction?The gentleman I negotiated with, Jose, Ricardo, and Elvis, were the actual guys who showed up every day to do the work along with their highly competent crew.Every phone call, text message, and email I sent to the company was answered promptly by one of the three guys mentioned above. All my questions and concerns were answered and addressed throughout the entire process. I have high standards when it comes to people hired to complete work on my house with an expectation for professional conduct and exceptional workmanship - these guys exceeded my expectations and truly delivered!!!I have no reservations in recommending Skytop construction. In fact, I have already done so on three occasions. Two of these resulted in them getting the job, and it is very likely they will get the third job as well - they are just that good! And, YES, I would hire them again!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t provide estimates over the phone. All pricing is based on an on-site inspection for an accurate written estimate. My estimates are transparent, with no hidden fees, and in some cases, insurance may cover most of the cost, leaving the homeowner responsible only for their deductible. I also offer discounts for seniors and military customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by scheduling an on-site visit since I don’t give estimates over the phone. This allows me to properly inspect the project, understand the customer’s needs, and provide an accurate written estimate. From there, I explain the process, schedule the work, and make sure everything is completed to their satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training working alongside experienced contractors, years of practical experience in roofing and construction, and certifications that back my skills. I continuously stay up to date with industry best practices to ensure every project meets high-quality standards.
