- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flat-rate. Translation: no mystery invoices, no fine print, no ‘oops, forgot to mention’ charges. The price I give you in the beginning is the same one you’ll see at the end—simple as that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by finding a day and time that works best for you. One of our techs will come to your home, evaluate the issue, and walk you through the options. Once you approve a solution, we can usually proceed with the work the same day so the problem gets solved without delay. From start to finish, we keep the process simple, clear, and upfront.
