We provide affordable roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling services to all of Cape Cod and the islands. I hired Lord Exteriors for a roof replacement on our vacation home on the Cape. Roof was two layers, with original layer from the '50s, about 13 squares. Kevin offered a good quote and warranty. Weather held us up for a couple days but Kevin and crew came on a Sunday to start. Took two days total and the result is great. I am very pleased with the work. Kevin answered all my technical questions - a straight shooter. I honestly have no complaints with this job, hard to say that for any construction job!

Kevin replaced our roof in a timely manner and at a good value. I would definitely hire him again. Responsive to emails, text messages, and technology savvy which are all things we look for when working with a service provider. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Kevin Lord was awesome. I can't say enough positive about this experience, because he was prompt, thorough, and reasonable. Although I called for an urgent roof repair, he gave me (at my request) an estimate of some other repairs we need going forward with our cedar siding. He ended up not even charging me for the smaller repair. We will definitely have him back!

Kevin responded quickly to my initial request for estimate to fix a small roof leak. When I saw from his website that he also did exterior trim and siding, I asked for an estimate to replace all corner boards and trim with PVC. Kevin visited the site and provided complete estimate within weeks and completed the job shortly after that. I'm very pleased with the results and will certainly call him for any future exterior work.

I called Kevin Lord for an emergency repair. Three flanges on the roof were leaking and water was coming into the kitchen and bedroom causing ceiling damage. I called Kevin on a Sunday and he came down on Monday morning and repaired the flanges. On Tuesday the tropical rainstorm came , 9/19/17. I checked the work during and after the storm and no water had come in. Excellent job, quick service, professional manner and punctual. I would definitely hire Kevin again.
