Neil was incredibly knowledgeable, always available, and reliable, providing prompt and detailed responses to all of my questions. He was professional, friendly, and made everything easy to understand. Although I didn't move forward with this project, I would definitely reach out to him for future projects and highly recommend him.

Had a great experience with Neil and 8TFive. Needed some designs for a small (really small) building I was thinking of changing into a ADU. His colleague Kaspari came up with three great concepts in pretty short order that had me very exciting moving on to the next phase. Everyone was very patient with me, seeing I had never engaged an architect before. Personal touch and professional deliverables. Hope to work with them again for building plans and construction supervision once some zoning issues are resolved.

I have been working with Neil for a few months now regarding an addition that we want to build on the back of a rowhouse in the South End. He has been extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with me the entire time, and has listened to all of my areas of concern to make sure that we are a good fit to work together. He has gone above and beyond to help me get this project in motion, and has even provided me a list of builders because I am having issues reaching my regular contractor. I am looking forward to working with him once we have a builder, and would recommend his services thus far!

Neil has been wonderful to consult with! We exchanged several emails before he came to our house today for a consultation and everything in dealing with him has been professional, timely, thorough, and also personable. He walked through our home, listened to our ideas, and answered our many questions, from the very basic to the more advanced, making us feel completely comfortable even though this is our first time ever needing an architect and we are admittedly very green.
He got where we are at- real people with a young family in need of more space on a budget, and we are confident that if all goes well that's just what we'll get eventually with Neil's help. We greenlighted the process the same day as we met, and we are looking forward to working with him!
