Neil has been wonderful to consult with! We exchanged several emails before he came to our house today for a consultation and everything in dealing with him has been professional, timely, thorough, and also personable. He walked through our home, listened to our ideas, and answered our many questions, from the very basic to the more advanced, making us feel completely comfortable even though this is our first time ever needing an architect and we are admittedly very green.
He got where we are at- real people with a young family in need of more space on a budget, and we are confident that if all goes well that's just what we'll get eventually with Neil's help. We greenlighted the process the same day as we met, and we are looking forward to working with him!

Had a great experience with Neil and 8TFive. Needed some designs for a small (really small) building I was thinking of changing into a ADU. His colleague Kaspari came up with three great concepts in pretty short order that had me very exciting moving on to the next phase. Everyone was very patient with me, seeing I had never engaged an architect before. Personal touch and professional deliverables. Hope to work with them again for building plans and construction supervision once some zoning issues are resolved.

Neil has been an exceptional resource. He is professional, and highly communicative, answering questions and responding to emails quickly. He also creates routine check-ins that he prompts so there is nothing missed over time. I have worked with three architects in the area for large residential projects (renovations) and by farNeil has been the most responsive, actively communication and expert resource each time I have asked for a recommendation or help. He has relationships with great local builders, trusted people with great reputations and satisfied clients. I worked with Kaspari and owner Neil on a new construction multifamily project in a historic district, with Kaspari handling the design on what was a very complicated approval process. They were extremely responsive and accommodating, and any changes we needed during the project were completed quickly and in a timely manner, which made a huge difference given how complex the build was. Neil and the entire Kaspari team were professional, patient, and solution-oriented from start to finish.
