My bathroom sink had been unusable for quite some time. Patrick, of Drain Frog went right to work to confirm the leak issues, resolved the problems, and installed a new faucet. He took the time and care to clean the plumbing connections where needed, the drain, and the area where the old faucet plate used to be. I was very satisfied with Patrick's quality of work and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Drain Frog offers flat rate services so there's no guessing or wondering if a pro is dragging his feet to stretch out the cost. I wish to be respectful of your time and your home or business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We wish to give you a friendly face and response and addressing all your concerns. Some problems aren't as they appear, and before work begins there will be a thorough inspection to gain a full picture of the problem to make sure you get the best service possible. This may include inspecting maintenance rooms or closets in your basement, inspecting your septic tank or anywhere where utilities can be found.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've received personal training from large corporations as well as graduating from a trade school in my youth. With a plumbing background from the trade school and a further education on septic systems, I feel I am extremely knowledgeable on most sewer systems
