I highly recommend Victoria, not only as a personal trainer but also as a health coach. She was able to help me build strength, increase my flexibily, and introduce me to yoga and the amazing benefits it creates for my body. Every workout we did together was different and exciting. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I begin every new training relationship with a free consultation, this is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other, answer questions, address concerns, and figure out the best plan going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2005, with additional training in Group Instruction, Pre-natal, Children's, and Hot Power Yoga, and Post-Natal Exercise. I established one of the first successful outdoor Boot Camp classes in Boston, was named one of Boston's Best Bodies by Stuff Magazine, and served as Fitness Director at a well-established women's gym in Norwell. Currently, I am studying to become a Certified Health Coach, as well.
