- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We gather basic information about the client and property and the purpose of the appraisal. 2. An inspection will occur in which photos of all the rooms in the home will be taken, noting of the property characteristics, and measuring the living area. 3. Research. Market data research is the largest portion of the appraisal. Although an inspection may typically only take an hour or so, the market research and report writing is the most extensive portion of the process. This may take a couple of days to complete. 4. Report delivery. We offer a Printed Version and a digital report for your record keeping.
