Ryan Wheaton at Cornerstone Home Inspections deserves a 10 out of 5 rating for his consultation on the attic in my new house. I planned to request bids on Thumbtack, but after seeing Ryan's credentials, I contacted him directly. He listens carefully, takes the client's concerns seriously and is 100% focused on answering questions completely. He is exceptionally thorough, gave me the information I need now plus did troubleshooting about things I might need to do in the future. A few hours after the consult, he sent me a full report, photos and even videos--all valuable information and beyond what I requested. His inspections offer exceptional value; I felt like I owed him more than the price of the consult by the time it was done. I will consult him again when more questions come up about my house.
