Mike and the team have been great! We recently purchased a property that was in a bit of disarray and Mike has slowly helped us get it up and running. He’s discarded and replaced a toilet, replaced and reinforced a basement handrail, changed the faucet for a sink and while doing so, had informed us of a leak for the basement shut off, gave us his best recommendations and resolved the issue. These are only a few things he’s done for us though we’ve hired Lisovets Group a few times and plan on doing so for all of our handyman projects in the foreseeable future. Very professional, always honest and you certainly get the value and peace of mind for what you’re paying for. Thanks everyone!!

They told me they would arrive on a certain date, ended up completing the job early. Very affordable and provided easy links to pay the invoice along with plenty of photos which was nice for a property manager like me.

Lisovets did a great job, can out quickly to check out damage to the roof and gave us a fully understandable suggestions on repairs, w pictures and estimates and after agreement did the job as promised , communication was excellent and they arrived on time and got it done without any delays or drama- we will certainly use them again

I have experience in commercial, residential roofing, repair, maintenance and more. We do all kind of work interior and exterior in homes and business. We are Insured family owned business. Our charge for time and material. Do to line of work you never know what could be the problem,. It's hard to give a quote without assessment of situation. Our Services rate $150 to drive out and it includes a hour of work, $75hr after the first hour. Helper rate $65hr. If you have any questions, we would be glad to help you!
