Introduction

We offer the following services: - traveling pony parties - trail rides in East Otis, MA Have Rascal the Pony come to your special party or event. Every child and parent will be thrilled to meet Rascal. He is very gentle and patient and enjoys his job just as much as me. Rascal and I will travel up to 100 miles and we have an excellent reputation for being reliable, profession and friendly. And if you are ever traveling to East Otis, MA: I offer beautiful and scenic trail rides for one or two people. No experience needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A typical pony party costs 250.00. This includes one hour of pony rides and treats for everyone to hand feed to the pony. Trail rides in East Otis, MA is $50.00/person (however, coupons are posted at times)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All parties are by reservation. A $50.00 non refundable deposit is required. The balance is payable upon arrival to the party and payable in cash. Parties are rain or shine. Although rascal and I are happy to provide rides in the rain, should you decide to cancel, I will do my best to reschedule, however, an alternate date may not be available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and worked with horses for 14 years. I worked at many different ranches in NY and have owned and operated my own business for 8 years. I attend various trainings through out the year and believe in natural horsemanship techniques.
