I cannot thank BK enough for their extraordinarily knowledgeable professionalism. The installer of our condenser made some errors which BK was able to identify, explain and correct very efficiently and for a very fair price. Don't risk getting poor quality work on such an important unit in your home, go with BK!

Prompt and responsive. Diagnosed the problem with my AC and fixed the condenser in less than half an hour. We actually hired another HVAC guy from ThumbTack a few days ago, he spent three hours on the project, didn’t diagnose the problem correctly, and wanted to charge us three times as much as BK. BK is great and professional, and he’s our go to appliances guy going forward!
