I received a call within 15 minutes of posting my request. They were very polite and professional on the phone. They asked that I send them a picture of the broken part before coming out. They diagnosed the problem before arriving which helped tremendously on their travel and down times. They were able to install and complete the job in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend their service. Efficient and on time.

We had trouble finding a plumber who could replace our water main until we came across Monty & Sons. Steve and his team are incredible! They went through several hoops with City Hall to get the paperwork cleared, making sure to give us updates as they worked through the permitting process. They were very understanding, professional, and transparent about the work and the cost of the project. He and his team are hardworking and punctual, from admin to the plumbing. They coordinate well so that they can begin work right away once the paperwork is set. I would 100% recommend Monty & Sons.

Steve installed a new under sink insta hot unit in my kitchen, hooking it up to an existing dispenser. He was friendly, professional, and responsive, coming by the day after I called him. Everything is working great and very happy with the service that he provided!
