Within 5 minutes of submitting a request to have a vanity installed, Steve from Monty & Sons called me to walk me through everything. He made me aware of things I didn’t realize and even connected me with a company that can help me purchase what I would need to make it work. The same day I contacted Monty and Son’s about the vanity, the furnace in my house broke. Steve was so fast to respond and get me a quote. I called him late Thursday night and the furnace was replaced in Saturday morning! He also went to the house to shut off the water so our pipes did not freeze and removed the old unit. Super communicative with me the entire time. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I will be using Steve and Monty & Sons for all of my plumbing and heating needs moving forward.

Steve was timely and responsive; got a quote; ordered the faucet; installed when arranged. Steve from Monty & Sons has been extremely responsive, considerate, and helpful throughout a stressful home renovation experience. Whether he was doing the job, or just giving me advice, he took the time to explain everything to me and made himself available for anything I needed.
