What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer has hired us, we establish and design a strategic plan for managing and finishing the project. We communicate to the customer the materials needed and the projected timeline for completing the work. The customer will have constant communication regarding project progress and any potential delays. Upon finishing the project, the customer must conduct a thorough property walkthrough to ensure everything is in line as agreed.
