Travel fees may apply for weddings outside our standard service areas, and optional enhancements can be added to customize your experience. Every quote is tailored to the specific needs of your wedding day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a conversation to learn about your wedding, your priorities, and the moments that matter most to you. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll reserve your date with a signed agreement and retainer payment. Leading up to the wedding, we'll stay in touch to coordinate timelines and logistics. On the wedding day, our team focuses on capturing authentic moments while working seamlessly alongside your other vendors. Afterward, your footage is carefully edited and delivered through an online gallery for easy viewing and sharing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has spent over a decade filming weddings and refining the art of wedding storytelling. Beyond technical camera and editing skills, we train our filmmakers in wedding-day etiquette, timeline management, audio recording, lighting, and documentary-style storytelling. Every videographer and editor who works with Embark Films follows a consistent approach designed to provide a professional experience and timeless final film.
