Hi Nick, I appreciate the feedback but feel it's important to share the full picture for anyone considering my services. After you expressed interest, I confirmed I was available and proposed Sunday. I messaged you multiple times asking for confirmation and even gave you a specific deadline — letting you know I had other customers waiting and that no response would mean Sunday doesn't work. You did not respond for nearly 2 days. I sent one final follow-up the next morning, then informed you I was releasing your slot and moving on. After that message, you waited another 24 hours before replying. To then leave a 1-star review citing a "lack of communication" is something I find very difficult to understand, given that the record shows the opposite. The communication gap here was not on my end. I wish you well.
