- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to provide different options for homeowners. Try to work within their budget. And going over their expectations of completion .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions. Getting as much information I can get from the homeowner and about the residential/commercial house/building where work will be performed. Finding out exactly what the homeowner expects. And what course of action would be best for the situation/problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a mason’s tender at the age of 14. Became a legit Mason around 18 years old. I’ve worked with all kinds of masonry, including rock masonry, flat work, foundation, brick, block. Also a member of local for bricklayers union. CSIA CERTIFIED. Also NORA certification for oil burner technician. OSHA certified along with home improvement registration/license.
