Flavio is very communicative and on time! He disconnected our gas dryer quickly! He came with all of his tools and materials so that he was prepared for the job. He is also very thorough in making sure there were no leaks—double checking in fact—in any of the pipe areas he was working on. Very friendly and professional. He is working on his English but has an app to help communicate with all customers! I truly appreciate his help and will definitely be calling him again to install our new dryer.
