Andre came a couple of weeks ahead to learn what was being done, exactly. What I thought was our handyman tasks that were left undone by a bath makeover. Then the conversation continued that we needed Plasterers & Painters b/c we had black mold in the front Fam room. We had, umm a wonderful mold remediation team come over to help us with it all. So the discussion with Andre turned to his prof'l knowledge and promised us it'll become a family room again! Ok, we're happy, alot, except that he'd ask "when we were going to do the floors?" My husband and I spoke up, "Yes, we want the floors refinished since about 2008/09(?)! Of course, Andre can do the floors! OMGosh, now we're talking! Almost everything we needed help to redo including our floors! Then he churned out a plan; including 3-projects and his price was very fair. But another bid was 6k higher. All I had posted here was the Handyman/Painter! He offered up the *leftovers not done* by the bathroom remodel company had left without the small stuff, a few months earlier. I mean... Andre told me he'd be here at 8am on 3/1. He was here & on the minute! We discussed all 3 projects. He showed up everyday at 8am, except when he went to a Home Depot for supplies, All together, we paid ⅓ at the start, day 1... etc, by Friday he was more than half done and Andre gave me the supplies receipts and I paid him the third & lastly in full. Andre did everything in 1-week +1 day!! We're so excited and I've already started our next "To Do" list, b/c he said he'd do everything we need. OMGosh! To never have to find anyone to work in our house!? He's very nice, his wife, Isadore "Isa", as she's known was super nice and knowledgeable on fixing stuff and helps him when possible; she is quite a helpful, Andre says! I don't doubt it! If you hire "Passon's Remodeling", You've got the very best! Check out his Pictures! Because he's got pictures galore of his work, before and after Refinishing/Remodels, which really won him our Projects! And not how much is the costs! Because we're all the winners!

I’m so happy with the work Andre did on our new condo. Andre listened to what we were hoping to accomplish and helped our dream come to life- and everything turned out better than we could have ever expected! Aside from the quality of the work Andre and his team did, I’m so thankful for Andre’s flexibility and collaboration along the way. I felt relaxed knowing that Andre was driving the remodel forward and providing solutions for any unexpected issue that came up. We definitely will be working with Andre again in the future!
